It includes a 2048x2048 transparent and simple/gradient background. These cannot have complex backgrounds, only simple or abstract. I will choose the colors as I see fit unless you want something specific

This will be a transparent cel-shaded badge design (resolution may vary). It will also come with a simple/gradient background.

Simple and gradient backgrounds are usually free. Sketches and lineart don't receive any backgrounds. Abstract backgrounds can have numerous shapes and lines as you can see in the examples above. Simple backgrounds may have shapes as well but won't be as random as they try to represent the environment the characters are located in a very simplified way. Backgrounds above abstract are experimental. I don't have a great experience with them, please keep that in mind when commissioning me for a drawing with a complex background included.

Terms of Service

1. General Terms
• By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without providing a specific reason.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to commission any adult (NSFW) content.1.1 Do's and Don't's
•I will draw: Furries, ponies.
•I wll NOT draw: Robots, mech, gore, hyper and most fetishes in between.•Themes:
As far as NSFW goes, I will do suggestive content and full nudity, but NEVER show any "bits". I can, however, show small peeks of the explicit parts, but never full.
The reason for this isn't because I'm not into it. I just lack the knowledge to do justice to such requests. I apologise.
Please pay attention to what I usually like to draw. Check out my FurAffinity, DeviantArt or Ko-fi (mostly updated on Ko-fi). Keep in mind the pony drawings are from a bunch of years ago, only recently I started drawing anthro furries, but the themes of those are what I've been mostly going for.2. Payment & Process
• Currency: All prices are in USD and must be paid via Paypal. You can choose to either donate to my Ko-fi the agreed amount, or send you an invoice once you provide your email to me.
• Upfront Payment: Work begins only after full payment is received (if you're a close friend. I can offer you a sketch before you pay).
• Workflow: I will provide a sketch for approval with up to 3 minor revisions. Once the sketch is approved, major structural changes will incur an additional fee.3. Revisions
• Included Revisions: Up to 3 minor revisions are included during the sketching phase.
• Paid Revisions: Any changes requested after the final render or beyond the included limit will be charged based on complexity. Ideally, there shouldn't be a need for more revisions than I can offer if communication between us is nice and smooth. If it's something I got wrong on my end you won't be charged.4. Copyright & Usage
• Artist Rights: I retain the copyright to the artwork, including the right to post it to social media or show it off on my portfolio for potential clients. If you need it to be kept private for a specific reason, but only temporarily (like a gift or a surprise) please let me know ahead of time. I can only offer you to wait up to 2 months before posting the artwork publicly. If you need it to be a "private commission" I will charge you a small fee.
• Streaming Art: Unfortunately for you and me, I'm a streamer. Although I mostly stream videogames, there's a chance I stream what you just commissioned me. It's not guaranteed that I will but I might. Please refer to above if you want to keep this private/surprise. Asking me to specifically NOT stream the process of the artwork won't cost you any additional fees.
• Client Rights: The art is yours for Personal Use. Feel free to print it for yourself, use it as an avatar/icon, wallpapers and re-post it with proper credit.
• Prohibitions: The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes (merchandise, reselling, etc.) without a separate commercial contract.
• The artwork I give to you, including the sketches, must NOT be used for AI training or NFT/blockchain-related purposes.5. Refunds & Cancellations
• If I have to cancel for any reason, you get a full refund immediately
• If you need to cancel:
Before I start: 100% back.
After the sketch is done: 50% back.
Once the piece is finished: No refunds.Please understand also, in the case I don't know you, you're just a client to me. And as far as you know, I'm just a random artist. With that said, I can come out as a silly goofball most of the time, but it heavily depends on how you talk to me. We could be friends, but please don't try too hard, I will notice.
